The name Ciraut is derived from the Arabic word "Siraat" (صراط), meaning the direct and unwavering path.

Khalilullah Shaikh is a globally recognized Business and Finance Leader defined by high-energy leadership and a commitment to institutional excellence. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and has a vast experience of serving at the leadership and governance positions. He is currently serving as a Board Member and Chair, Governance Committee for the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). He has also served as the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
His journey began with PwC, where he developed a rigorous foundation in assurance and advisory. He then transitioned into industry to lead large-scale transformations. Khalil has held pivotal C-suite and leadership roles in Aviation, Energy, and Oil & Gas, including serving as the CFO of a national flag carrier and heading Supply Chain and Internal Audit for a power utility. He has been serving as an Independent Director on several boards across the Banking, Cement, Asset Management, and Healthcare education sectors.
A passionate advocate for human development, Khalil’s influence extends into the academic and professional community, where he has taught and mentored over 3,000 Chartered Accountants. This deep commitment to developing others, combined with his global governance expertise, allows him to view business challenges through the lens of a strategist, a governance expert, and a practitioner simultaneously.
Naveed is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. His career is defined by a 360-degree view of business, built over two decades of leading at the intersection of finance, strategy, and sustainability. He has developed a rare ability to see beyond the balance sheet to the operational heartbeat of an organization, serving as a bridge between high-level strategy and ground-level execution.
His journey began with PwC, where he spent over a decade as a specialist in Sustainability, People, Organization, and Change consulting. During this time, he led dozens of advisory and consulting engagements, helping organizations across the public and private sectors navigate sustainability reporting, complex transformation and change management.
Naveed then moved into the industry to lead key functions from within. His diversified experience spans business finance, supply chain, strategy and operational excellence, across various sectors—including Energy, Services, Manufacturing, and FMCG.
